2007 Homecoming Committee Policies

1. No Alcoholic Beverages permitted anywhere on site. The respective organizations are responsiblefor the actions of their individual members.

2. No Smoking In The Warehouse. A designated smoking area is located outside the building. Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly.

3. Clean Up must be done each evening. Brooms and garbage cans are provided for each float. The garbage cans must be emptied each evening into the dumpster. Please clean up your mess as you make it!!!

4. Each Organization Must Provide 2 People To Help Clean Up The Parking Lot At 10:45 / 11:45pm Each Evening. The work will take approximately 15 minutes. The area to be cleaned up is the perimeter of the building and parking lot. Garbage bags will be provided. The simplest thing to do is to tell the members of your organization not to litter when getting in and out of their vehicles.

5. ALL STUDENT VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED IN THE BACK PARKING LOT.
NO EXCEPTIONS !!!

6. There are restrooms provided in the warehouse. Please do not take the toilet paper from the restroom to use on your float.

Please remember we are guests of the Madison County School Board. This is the only place we have to construct our floats. If we do not act as they request, we may lose the privilege of building our floats here, and the individuals will be held accountable. It is imperative that everyone working on floats and visiting your areas understand the policies set forth, especially the no smoking and cleaning up of our areas and the restrooms.
